Do you have your own Caravan on Devon Cliffs that you would like us to Let out for you, either for the whole season or just selected weeks, it's your choice.

If you manage and clean your own caravan or have your own cleaners for your caravan and would like to use a letting agent to advertise your caravan to maximise your letting income, then why not use us as well as taking your own booking's. We can pay ALL Monies recieved (less our booking fee) from the booking direct into your account weekly as and when we receive money from the guest. This way you get your money before the guest's arrive, and have another great place to advertise FREE. There is no charge or set-up fee to be on this scheme apart from a booking fee whcih will be deducted for each booking we receive. You can even set your own prices that you want to charge for your caravan.


We will advertise your caravan on our web-site and other places (web sites, publications, mailshots, e-mail marketing etc) and manage the whole booking process for you from:-

bullet Taking Enquiries from customer's, sending them information on your caravan etc if required.
bullet Collecting payments from the customer and collecting booking information.
bullet Confirming Bookings with the customer, and confirming booking with yourself via E-mail & SMS Text Message
bullet Transfer your booking income less our cost's to your every week, either by BACS or Cheque which ever is best for you.

What you also get:-
bullet We will add your Caravan to our website describing your caravan with as many photos as you wish.
bullet If you let your caravan with us for the whole season (apart from your own use) we will cover your TV Licence.
bullet Advertise the prices you want or advise on prices in-line with a similar graded caravans

bullet We will arrange the club passes forms to be sent to Haven and any other paper work required by them

bullet Live Chat button displayed on your Caravan page, so customers can chat with us live if they have any questions with your caravan, or to confirm availability, prices.
